76-Year-Old Woman Delivers Twins Courtesy of Traditional Doctor in Jinja, Uganda

Residents of Jinja, Uganda, were left speechless after a 76-year-old woman reportedly gave birth to twins following months of herbal treatment administered by renowned traditional healer Dr. Bokko.

The rare incident has attracted widespread attention, with many describing it as a miracle that challenges medical expectations. According to family members, the elderly woman had long given up hope of ever bearing children but decided to seek alternative help after years of childlessness in her younger days.

Speaking from her home in Jinja, the woman said she had been married earlier in life but was never able to conceive despite numerous hospital visits. “I faced humiliation for years. People mocked me, calling me barren. I even stopped praying for a child because I thought it was too late,” she said.

Her story took a new turn after her niece recommended Dr. Bokko, a traditional doctor known across East Africa for his herbal fertility treatments. The woman began her sessions earlier this year, combining herbal tonics and special cleansing routines prescribed by the healer.

“I was sceptical at first because of my age,” she explained. “But after taking the herbs for several weeks, I noticed changes in my body that I could not explain. My strength returned, and I started feeling like a younger woman again.”

Medical staff at a private clinic in Jinja confirmed that the elderly woman indeed delivered twins — a boy and a girl — through a closely monitored assisted birth procedure. “We were all amazed,” said one of the attending nurses. “She had stable vital signs throughout, and both babies were born healthy.”

Dr. Bokko, who operates between Nairobi and Kampala, said he was not surprised by the outcome. He attributed the success to the natural balance restored in the woman’s body through herbal therapy. “Traditional medicine can work wonders when the body is given what it needs to rejuvenate,” he said. “Age should not always be a limitation when nature is properly restored.”

Since the news broke, dozens of women have been contacting Dr. Bokko seeking similar assistance. He explained that his herbal formulas address hormonal imbalance, blocked reproductive systems, and other hidden complications that affect fertility. Read more.
