Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga has maintained that ODM will remain united despite external pressure, insisting that the party will not allow outsiders to dictate its direction.

Wanga says ODM will enter future political negotiations from a position of strength, prioritising the interests of its members and the aspirations of its supporters.

She has also declared that ODM expects to secure the Deputy President position if President William Ruto is re-elected in 2027, saying the party is clear on the political path it intends to pursue in future negotiations.
