Dr Oburu Oginga has pulled a last-minute deal to keep Suba North MP Millie Mabona in ODM Party.

Millie Odhiambo was set to defect to Edwin Sifuna’s Linda Mwananchi Movement today, but Oburu intervened.

She had complained about frustrations with ODM leadership, particularly party Chairperson Gladys Wanga.

Dr Oburu personally reached out to her, pleading with her not to leave and assuring her that her concerns will be addressed.

She has since shelved the plan to exit ODM, but says any further frustrations will force her out.
