Ruto Suffers A Huge Blow After The Court Of Appeal Ruling On House Levy

The Court of Appeal has ruled that the housing levy is unconstitutional.

In its ruling, the three-judge bench consisting of, Justices Lydia Achode, John Mativo and Mwaniki Gachoka rules that the housing levy remains suspended as declared by the High Court.

As such the judges argues that it will be unfair to deduct the money as it can not predict how its final verdict.
