Ruth Odinga, has declared that she has what it takes to run for the presidency under the ODM party ticket in the 2027 general election and challenge William Ruto.

The sister to the late Raila Odinga, says she possesses the experience and vision required to seek the country’s top office.

She maintains that Raila had already put in place measures to ensure the community’s political and cultural continuity.

Ruth also dismisses claims that ODM was left ‘orphaned’ after Raila’s death, terming such talk a betrayal of the party’s legacy and resilience.
