“This evening I condoled with the family and friends of Gen. Francis Omondi Ogolla at his father Mzee Joel Oketch’s home in Masumbi village, Alego Usonga Constituency.
We performed the Luo traditional ritual “Tero Buru”. Tomorrow we will send off the General as a true hero in accordance with all the Luo traditions and culture”, Siaya Governor Hon James Orengo said.
