UPDATE: Raila Odinga Blasts Moses Wetangula Over Housing Levy
The opposition Leader Raila Odinga has blasted Speaker Moses Wetangula for moving to the Supreme Court to challenge the Court of Appeal ruling on the controversial housing levy.
Raila says Wetangula’s action disqualifies him from being a speaker of Kenya’s Parliament.
The ODM Leader says the housing levy was taken to parliament and passed by legislators in the watch of Wetangula, and therefore he has no moral authority to appeal its ruling.
