Update: Headteachers Opposes Belio Kipsang’s Directive

Headteachers have opposed guidelines issued by the government on how money released for Free Day Junior Secondary Education (FDJSE) will be used.

This is after Basic Education PS Belio Kipsang had directed that each learner would be allocated Sh. 3,291.34 for the first term and that each school will receive an allocation of Sh. 69,596.
