A woman is serving a life sentence for a crime she didn’t commit. At only 16 year and a student at St Mary’s high school in Isiolo, she ended up in jail.

One day during the holidays, she had her mother discussing with someone on phone about the payment to kill her dad. This stressed her that she visited her boyfriend to seek assistance.

2 days later, her brother informed her that their dad was brutally murdered. She went back home & found out that her dad’s body had been taken by the police.

A Nokia 110 belonging to her dad was left in their house & she requested her mum to use it.

She gave her a go ahead & inserted her sim card in it not knowing that the phone was at the crime scene & CIDs were tracing it.

2 weeks later, they were arrested together with her mum & boyfriend. Her a lawyer misled to deny not having the phone or even seen it before.

Phone data from safaricom confirmed that she had been communicating thru that phone & that led her to be handed life sentence while her evil mom was freed due to lack of evidence linking her to the murder.

15 year in prison, she has lost hope of getting justice & gaining her freedom again. Was she innocent?
