My Sister Was the Brightest in the Village, Until Jealous Relatives Used Witchcraft and Drove Her Mad Overnight

I still remember the night my little sister, Amina, changed. She had always been the brightest in our family, top of her class, winning awards, everyone in the village admired her. We used to say she was our family’s hope, the one who would finally take us out of poverty.

Then, one evening after she came back from school, something unthinkable happened. She began talking to herself, pacing the house, and screaming at people who weren’t there. At first we thought it was just stress from exams, but as the days went by, it became worse. She would tear her clothes, refuse to eat, and sometimes wander off into the night.

The most heartbreaking part was the look in her eyes. It was as if the sister I knew the sharp, joyful girl with big dream was gone.

We rushed her to hospitals. We spent all the money we had on scans and treatments, but every doctor said the same thing: “We can’t find anything wrong.” Yet she kept getting worse. She lost so much weight and could barely recognize us. My mother cried every night, and my father grew quiet and withdrawn.

I started to feel hopeless. One evening, after yet another sleepless night listening to my sister wail and call out strange names, a neighbor pulled me aside and said softly, “This is not ordinary. Someone has done something to her. Seek spiritual help.”

At first, I didn’t want to believe it. But then I remembered the whispers about one of our relatives an aunt who had always been jealous of my sister’s success. She had once said in anger that Amina’s education would never benefit this family. At the time, we brushed it off as bitter words. Now it all came flooding back, and the pieces began to fit.

A friend recommended Dr. Bokko, saying he had helped many families who were suffering from similar mysterious afflictions. I decided to call.

From the very first conversation, Dr. Bokko was calm and understanding. I poured out our story, and he listened patiently before telling me that my sister had indeed been targeted. Someone had used witchcraft to destroy her mind so she would never rise and lift the family out of poverty.

I felt a mixture of anger and relief, anger that someone could be so cruel, and relief that we finally knew what we were fighting.

Dr. Bokko guided us through a spiritual cleansing and a powerful healing ritual. He gave me herbs and specific prayers to use in our home, assuring me that the darkness over my sister would lift. I followed every instruction with faith.

On the third day, we noticed a change. Amina, who hadn’t spoken a coherent sentence in weeks, quietly asked for food. The next morning, she sat up and looked around the room as if waking from a bad dream. By the end of the week, she was able to smile again, the same warm smile we thought we had lost forever.

It felt like watching a miracle unfold before my eyes.

Today, Amina is back in school, catching up with her studies, determined to achieve her dreams. Our family is whole again. We know now that the world is not always what it seems, and that sometimes the battle is spiritual.

I share our story to encourage anyone who may be going through something similar. If you’ve tried everything and nothing works, do not give up. Seek help from those who understand the unseen battles we sometimes face.

Dr. Bokko gave us back our daughter, our sister, our hope.

Sometimes healing requires more than medicine. Sometimes you need the right spiritual guide, we found ours in Dr. Bokko.
