She refuses to show ID.
She refuses to state where she was born.
She refuses lawful commands.

From footage:

Somalian Woman: I don’t need an ID to walk around in my city.

ICE Officer: Okay, do you have some ID then, please?

Somalian Woman: I don’t need it.

ICE Officer: If not, we’re gonna put you in the vehicle and we’re gonna ID you.

Somalian Woman: You’re gonna ID me?

ICE Officer: Huh?

Somalian Woman: I’m not gonna take out any ID.

ICE Officer: You don’t have an ID?

Somalian Woman: I’m not gonna take out ID. I am a US citizen.

ICE Officer: Alright, can we see an ID, please?
