The Algerian FA states:

■ They were denied a clear penalty.

■ Many calls by Senegalese referee Issa Sy were questionable.

■ The referee seemed to favor Nigeria.

■ Issa Sy reportedly did not shake hands with the Algerian players after the match.

■ Nigerian players irritated them after the final whistle.

■ Allegations say that Algerian journalists were attacked in the tunnel.

Because of this, Algeria will ask CAF to suspend Issa Sy and take him out of the tournament right away.

CAF is expected to look into the reports and evidence.
