Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has reacted after a shocking incident involving women who were captured on camera assaulting an Uber driver and damaging his car.

The drama unfolded after the women were asked to pay for their ride upon reaching their destination.

Speaking out strongly, Sonko condemned their actions: “Ile nguvu mnatumia kushika wanaume wakidhulumu madem, pia mtumie hiyo nguvu kushika hao wasichana. Huyo ni baba ya mtu, bwana ya mtu ama ndugu ya mtu.

I have given those girls 24 hours to apologise, fix that car and pay the Uber driver his money. Shame on those girls.”
