Gideon Moi is allegedly set to make entry into Cabinet for the first time in his life as a Deputy Prime Cabinet Secretary and CS for Foreign affairs. Also rumoured to make entry as a Deputy Prime Cabinet Secretary is Oburu Odinga.

The President is expected to make changes in his Cabinet with experts donated by Uhuru rumoured to be on their way out. The Cabinet reshuffle aims at strengthening the President’s hold on the Nyanza region as he prepares for elections in 2027.
