For years, I struggled with dryness and pain, until a kind traditional healer helped me feel normal again

My name is Rose and I come from Makueni. I am a mother of three and have been married for more than fifteen years. For a long time, I struggled with a problem that I was too shy to talk about. I used to feel pain and dryness whenever I was close with my husband. It made me avoid him, and he began thinking that I no longer loved him. But that was not true. I loved him, yet my body was failing me in ways I could not explain.

I tried using creams from chemists and even some hospital medicine, but the problem kept coming back. The pain became worse over time, and I began to feel less of a woman. I was scared that my husband would one day look for someone else. Many nights I cried silently, wondering why this was happening to me. I could not even tell my friends because it was too embarrassing.

One day, while in the market, I overheard two women whispering about a healer who helps women with private and sensitive problems. One of them said she had suffered dryness and loss of warmth for years until she met Dr Bokko, a traditional and herbal healer. That caught my attention. After they finished talking, I quietly followed one of them and asked more. She gave me his contact and told me to try.

That evening, I gathered courage and called Dr Bokko. He spoke gently, like someone who understands pain. I explained everything, even the parts I was shy to say. He told me that many women go through such challenges, especially after childbirth or stress, but most keep quiet out of fear or shame. He said his work is to restore natural balance in the body using herbal medicine that heals from within.

He prepared a herbal mixture for me and guided me on how to use it. He also told me to drink a lot of water and keep my mind peaceful. I followed every step. After one week, I started noticing small changes. The dryness was reducing, and the pain became less. After two weeks, I felt completely different. I felt whole again, and my husband even noticed the change. Our closeness returned, and we started laughing and talking like before. Read more.
