The Wiper Party has issued a strongly worded statement dismissing claims by the ODM that its leader, Raila Odingaβs health, has been the subject of misinformation allegedly linked to Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
In the statement signed by Wiper Sec Gen Sen. Shakila Aballa, the party describes ODMβs accusations as βpolitical theatreβ and a sign of desperation from a movement that βhas lost its moral compass and political relevance.β
Wiper insists that H.E. Kalonzo Musyoka harbors no ill will toward Mr. Odinga, citing their shared history of cooperation and mutual respect. Any suggestion to the contrary, the party argues, is βmalicious, reckless, and utterly false.β
The statement accuses ODM of attempting to distract the public from internal divisions and the failings of the so-called Broad-Based Government it supports. It also criticizes ODM for aligning with a regime accused of repressing Gen Z protesters and abducting online critics, calling such actions βshameful and unforgivable.β
Wiper further notes that Raila Odingaβs failed bid for the African Union Commission Chairmanship was not caused by Kalonzo Musyoka but by diplomatic missteps and a lack of strategy from the Kenyan government. The party calls ODMβs narrative a revision of history aimed at shifting blame.
Finally, Wiper asserts that it will not allow Kalonzo Musyoka to be dragged into ODMβs βself-inflicted political decay,β reaffirming its commitment to justice, truth, and a Kenya that values liberty over βexpediency, money, and power.β
