One of the things I regret is that some of Africa’s greatest revolutionary thinkers, visionaries and transformers – Lumumba, Biko, Pinto, Mondlane, Sankara, Cabral, and Hani (this is not the full list)- were cut down too young and too early – before they bequeathed Africa with the full potential of their legacies. Had they been able to subvert death a bit longer, Africa wouldn’t be the same.
