Ruto’s Message To CS Kipchumba Murkomen Over Increased Accidents
President William Ruto directs Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen to take charge and come up with a solution to reduce fatalities resulting from road accidents within the next year.
Speaking during KICC, the Head of State said Kenya can’t avoid losing loved ones to accidents as a result of poor infrastructure.
