(1) Buy a farm as you are still working ,even if you don’t have time to plant anything there ,buy a farm land and keep it just be going there to check .
(2) do a borehole there as you are still working because you are able to organize money ,it’s very difficult to organize money if you are not in any employment so take this opportunity to do so
(3)build a 3 room house with a bathroom and a toilet outside so that a caretaker can be staying there while looking after your farm.
(4) human capital in these farm areas is plenty asking him to find some trees to make a place where you can keep chickens and encourage him to do a small garden for vegetables and tomatoes while you buy mealie meal for him and relish every month plus some pocket money and if he has kids help him to support his children.
(5) when you do the above things you will see your farm developing.the future is producing more crops more food for this country because this population is growing and the government will not manage to feed every one and as a farmer you take advantage of this opportunity.
