The president William Ruto has suffered a huge blow in his project after the high court suspended his important Adani project. According to the Standard Newspaper Headline, the High court has blocked the Ksh95 billion deal with Adani. Adani was to take over Ketraco so that to increase and improve power lines in the country.

According to the court ruling, the judge revealed that there is secrecy and lack of public participation. The judge also continued by saying that the deal did not follow the rules of constitution thus blocked.
