Meet A Man And A Woman Who Were Arrested With Bhang Worth Ksh5 Million
DCI | Police authorities in Nyamira’s Borabu Sub-County conducted a successful operation resulting in the seizure of five sacks of narcotics along the Keroka – Sotik highway.
The operation, orchestrated by the Sub-County Police Commander and carried out by officers stationed at Matutu Police Station, led to the arrest of a man and a woman.
During the operation, a Nissan Tiida with registration number KBY 435M, driven by Samuel Omondi Audi (29) and accompanied by Judith Kerubo (also 29), was intercepted at a snap roadblock.
Subsequent search revealed the cargo, estimated to have a street value of Sh5 million, consisting of the illicit substance.
Both suspects were promptly taken into custody, and legal proceedings to prosecute them have been initiated.
