Good News To Farmers After Latest Allocation
UPDATE: Kenya has allocated Sh60 million to support local farmers to increase the acreage under production of cotton from 40,000 in 2023 to 103,000 ahead of long rains.
Cotton price has increased to Sh72 per kilo.
Kenya also plans to distribute over 27 tonnes of cotton seeds.
