Bad News As Kenya’s Public Debt Hits SH.11 Trillion

STANDARD DIGITAL reports that Kenya’s public debt has hit an alarming high of Sh11 trillion.

Out of this, President William Ruto’s government has contributed Sh2.4 trillion in just 15 months. And now, 7 out of Kenya’s 10 shillings budgeted has to go towards debt repayment.

President Ruto has been stressing that Kenya is safely out of the danger of debt distress and our economy is at a stable footing.
