Imagine spending your money, time and energy preparing an empowerment event, only to look around and find almost every seat empty.
That was the painful reality for Pastor Victor Kiptanui yesterday.
Despite all the expenses, preparations and hopes of making a difference, only his wife and one friend showed up.

It is easy to laugh at such a moment, but perhaps we should see it differently. Behind that empty room was someone who believed in an idea enough to invest his time, money and energy into it.
It is a reminder to all of us that when someone is trying to do something positive, sometimes the best thing we can do is simply show up. It doesnβt matter who they are or where they come from. Your presence, support and encouragement could be the difference between someone giving up and trying again.

Victor, donβt give up. Keep the vision alive.
Sometimes, the greatest support we can give someone is simply to show up.
