Nelson, a 42-year-old businessman from Kampala, was living a life many would envy. His wife was a respected Member of Parliament, and they had everything they needed materially. Yet, Nelson was struggling with feelings he couldn’t ignore. “Our maid is very beautiful and knows how to cook well. I started noticing her, and soon I realized I was in love with her,” he admits. The feelings troubled him deeply, as he did not want to hurt anyone but felt confused about what to do.
For months, Nelson wrestled with guilt, fear, and uncertainty. He didn’t know if he should stay in his marriage or follow his heart. The pressure of public life, combined with personal desires, left him sleepless and anxious. Friends and family gave conflicting advice, and no one seemed to offer a clear path forward. “I felt trapped. I couldn’t make sense of my emotions or my responsibilities,” he says.
It was then that Nelson learned about Shaba Mangube traditional healers. A close friend recommended them, explaining that they could provide spiritual guidance in complicated personal matters. Nelson was skeptical at first. Could spiritual help really guide him to make the right decision without causing harm? After some thought, he decided to contact them. The healers assured him that they could help him gain clarity and make decisions carefully, even without meeting him in person.
After following their guidance, Nelson began to feel calmer and more confident about his choices. The healers provided advice, rituals, and support to help him understand his feelings and the consequences of his actions. They emphasized thinking carefully, avoiding impulsive decisions, and considering the wellbeing of everyone involved. “It was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I could see my situation clearly, and I understood what steps to take responsibly,” he says.
With continued guidance from the healers, Nelson was able to end his previous marriage respectfully and eventually marry their maid, the woman he had fallen in love with. He describes the process as smooth and life-changing. “It felt right, and it gave me the peace I had been searching for all these years,” he says. Tap to read more.
