• Jurrien Timber – Final assessment this week, also targeting Southampton return.
• Declan Rice – Carrying a knock; could be rested against Southampton, possibly returning in Champions League.
• Bukayo Saka – Fatigue; fitness to be assessed. Possibly available vs. Southampton this weekend.
• Noni Madueke – Minor injury; he will not be available vs. Southampton, aiming for Sporting/Bournemouth return.
• Martin Zubimendi – Knee discomfort; may be rested against Southampton. His return will be against Sporting CP in Portugal.
• Piero Hincapié – Minor knock; resting as precaution. His expected return is against Sporting CP in Portugal.
• William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhães – All available for selection, both Arsenal, France, and Brazil camps agreed that they needed a rest, more so Saliba, who has played over 5000mins since last year January.
• Eberechi Eze – Rehab ongoing; early return possible. Sporting CP 2nd leg at Emirates most probably.
• Max Dowman – Sent home from P.E—awaiting “expert analysis.” to feature vs. Southampton. 😄.
