A shop owner from Kasese has shared how he finally managed to stop repeated theft at his business premises after struggling with the problem for several years. According to the businessman, he started his retail shop with great hope and determination.
At the beginning, the business operated smoothly and attracted many customers from the surrounding area. However, after some time, he began noticing that some of his goods were mysteriously disappearing from the shop. At first he assumed it was a mistake in stock counting, but the losses continued happening repeatedly.
As time went on, the situation became more serious. Sometimes money would go missing from the counter, and on other occasions certain valuable products would disappear from the shelves without any clear explanation. He even tried hiring additional workers and installing better locks, but the thefts continued, leaving him frustrated and financially strained.
