My name is Collins Ochieng from Kisumu, Kenya, and for a long time my business was a place of constant loss and frustration. No matter how hard I worked, nothing ever seemed to grow. Customers would come and go, money would enter and disappear, and profits never stayed. I tried changing suppliers, changing locations, reducing prices, and even changing business types, but everything failed.
Every month ended in losses, debts, and stress. I started believing that business success was not meant for me.I borrowed money, reinvested, and sacrificed my personal needs just to keep the business alive. Instead of progress, I got more problems.
Unexpected expenses, theft, fake customers, bad deals, and failed investments followed me everywhere. People around me were growing, expanding, and building wealth, while I was sinking deeper into struggle.
My family suffered, my confidence dropped, and my dreams slowly died. My shop became a place of pain instead of hope. One evening, after another heavy loss, I sat alone and asked myself a serious question: why is my business always failing no matter what I do? I realized that this pattern was too constant to be normal.
