Ingredients You Need
- Ginger – 1 medium piece
- Garlic – 3–5 cloves
- Turmeric – 1 small piece or 1 teaspoon powder
- Scent leaf (basil) – a handful
- Cloves – 5–10 pieces (optional but powerful) * Clean water – 1–2 liters
How to Prepare It
- Wash all herbs very well.
- Pound or blend ginger, garlic, turmeric, and cloves.
- Add the mixture into a pot with 1–2 liters, 1000–2000 ml of water.
- Boil for 10–15 minutes to release the medicinal properties.
- Add scent leaves in the last 2 minutes and allow it to simmer.
- Allow it to cool, then sieve the solution.
