Musalia Mudavadi Meets Newly Elected MP Of Malava, David Ndakwa

Musalia Mudavadi, the Prime Cabinet Secretary (PCS), on Monday, December 1, 2025, hosted David Ndakwa, the newly-elected Member of Parliament for Malava Constituency, at his offices in Nairobi. The meeting comes ahead of Ndakwa’s swearing-in ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

During their closed-door meeting, Mudavadi extended his gratitude to the voters of Malava for entrusting their representation to Ndakwa, describing the win as “a reaffirmation of their commitment to leadership grounded in service and progress.” He encouraged the incoming MP to remain dedicated and focused, reminding him that once sworn in, the real work begins. Mudavadi emphasized the urgent need for effective service delivery and meaningful development, pledging that the people of Malava deserve nothing less than leadership that listens to their needs and works tirelessly for their future.

Ndakwa, who secured his seat after a closely contested by-election, is among five MPs-elect expected to be formally sworn into office at the National Assembly under the supervision of Speaker Moses Wetang’ula.

Ahead of his formal induction, Ndakwa spent the recent weekend reconnecting with constituents across several wards in Malava, thanking them for their support and pledging inclusive leadership. His visit to PCS Mudavadi in Nairobi provided an opportunity to discuss strategies for advancing development priorities and ensuring that the expectations of the people he represents are met.
