Police Responds To Dutch National Who Was Seen Spitting On Kenyan Police

I am happpy to see our Police responded swiftly to this matter where a Dutch National was seen spitting (akitemea polisi mate) now let me remind you this as a Kenyan.

Assaulting anyone is a crime in Kenya, but the penalties are significantly higher when the assault is committed against a police officer, any other peace officer, or first responder carrying out their duties. I hope Elwin the Man Pictured will face the full force of the law and hopefully DEPORTED to the Netherlands.

If you are accused of assaulting a police officer or peace officer under Kenya’s Penal Code you could face up to a year in jail and significant fines if convicted.

If Elwin is deported he will not touch Kenyan soil for atleast 10 years. His passport will have this RED BIG STAMP WRITEN DEPORTED because of it he will have difficulties travelling through neighbouring countries because they will want to know why he was deported. If he has any business in Kenya just like it shows on his profile he will face an endless battle with the law and government as they teach him a “lesson” for undermining their sovereignity and the Kenyans he has left to run the business will wash him muosho mmoja because the boss haezi kuja Kenya tena.
Now I tell you my friends as you act on anything, think, think then think again, angemeza hio mate hii story haingefika hapa.
