KABARTONJO man has been arrested by police officers after he tried sneaking into the house of one of the female police officers in Kabartonjo in the middle of the night wearing female clothing.

The 40 year old man, Vincent Kibet who is famously goes by the name ‘Japan’ is reported to have sneaked into the Police Quarters last night and knocked on the house of one of the female officers.

Fredrick Odinga Kabartonjo OCPD while confirming the incident, said that the suspect who might have intended to rape the female officer was arrested after she opened the door and seeing the man who had dressed in female clothes and that was when she screamed alerting other officers.
