After 29 years in prison for a murder he didn’t commit

After 29 years in prison for a murder he didn’t commit, James Gibson is finally declared innocent.
A court in Chicago gave him an official certificate of innocence.

James said he was tortured, beaten, and forced to confess to a crime he didn’t do.
He suffered for nearly three decades.

The City of Chicago will pay him $14.75 million as compensation for this injustice.

Moral lesson: Many innocent people are still behind bars. Always be careful before accusing or judging someone
