Madagascar President Andry Rajoelina dissolves government after 22 die in youth-led demonstrations against frequent water and electricity shortages.
For three days, young people led demonstrations in the capital Antananarivo and other towns, demanding answers from the government.
In his address, Rajoelina apologizes for the failures that had caused suffering and promised to begin talks with young demonstrators. He also pledges support for businesses that were looted during the chaos.
