Health officials have arrested a hotel owner in Bomet county after discovering he had been secretly selling flamingo meat to unsuspecting customers, passing it off as chicken.

The shocking bust happened during an impromptu operation led by the Director of Public Health and County Public Health Officer.

Residents were left in disbelief, with many wondering how long they had been “enjoying chicken with unusually long legs.”
