
Life has a way of surprising us in the moments we least expect. For years, I believed that my kindness and hard work would be enough to build a better future, but life kept proving me wrong. My name is Sarah, and I come from Jinja, Uganda. I had always been passionate about helping street children, and I would give them food whenever I could. Deep in my heart, I believed that helping them would bring blessings to my life. But even as I gave my best to others, I was drowning in problems of my own.
Every day felt like a battle. I struggled to pay my rent, feed myself, and take care of my younger siblings.
