Former nominated senator Gloria Orwoba has revealed that she has gone without a salary for the past five months following her suspension from the Senate.

She says her pay was stopped illegally since the suspension committee never issued any directive to cut off her remuneration.

Orwoba further notes that the Senate Business Committee, which recommended her suspension, had not listed salary stoppage among the privileges she was to lose.👀
