DCI detectives have today arrested Wesly Cheruiyot Koech, the prime suspect in the brutal murder of Bomet Woman Racheline Rutto who was found dead with several body stabs on 25th March at her house at outskirts of Bomet town.
Further interrogation revealed that the two were initially in a romantic relationship in 2016 before they parted ways leaving the 28 year old man lonely and bitter after spending a fortune to keep the love going.

The detectives flushed out Mr Koech from his hideout in Kipkelion East where he was also nabbed with some of the murder weapons, the deceased’s phone and pictures on his phone placing him at the scene of crime.
Coincidentally, the arrest came on the same day when the remains of Ms Rutto were being buried at an emotional funeral service at her home in Longisa Bomet East.
