The Ministry of Mining has authorized the use of fireworks for New Year celebrations under strict guidelines:
βPermits must be obtained from State Department for Mining offices.
βUse allowed only at authorized venues (clubs, hotels, churches, sports grounds).
βFireworks must be sourced from licensed dealers.
βShells limited to 4-inch caliber in urban areas (unless exempted).
βOnly qualified, sober individuals can handle displays.
