Details Of James Mukwana, A Suspect Police Officer In The Albert Ojwang’s Death

This is James Mukhwana, the police officer suspected of involvement in the death of Albert Ojwang.

He appeared before the court today as IPOA formally requested to detain him for 21 more days as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding Albert’s death while in police custody.

Representing Mukhwana, Lawyer Danstan Omari urged the court to grant him bail, arguing that his client is a disciplined serving officer who voluntarily submitted himself to the authorities when summoned.
