UPDATE: Justice Chacha Mwita adjourns digital activist Ndiangui Kinyagia case to July 18 and 24

UPDATE: Justice Chacha Mwita adjourns digital activist Ndiangui Kinyagia case to July 18 and 24; restrains DCI from arresting him pending further orders.

Mwita says If necessary, he can be presented to the DCI to record a statement, but he should not be arrested or detained.

The family has also been granted time to take him to hospital for medical attention.

The judge says He’s now a petitioner in this matter and may be required to testify.
