Why would one use Ksh. 6 billion to get a job which pays Ksh. 24 million per year?
Because the motivation is nefarious. Conman Raila Odinga is Ruto’s tool to politically dismember and conquer the Luo Nation.
The delusional thinking is that the conman’s absence will cause such confusion and disorientation that would allow tyrant Ruto the opportunity to get Luo votes, as replacement for the votes he has lost among the Agikuyu, Meru, Embu, and Mbeere.
To tyrant Ruto, that end justifies spending colossal amounts of public money.
Pedestrian strategy and mediocre tactic.
