To register with the Social Health Authority (SHA) using your National Identification (ID) Card, follow these steps:

  1. USSD Method:
    -Dial *147#: On your mobile device, dial *147#.
    -Enter National ID Number: Input your Kenyan National Identification Card number and your first name for verification.
    -Confirm Details: Review and confirm your details.
    -Await Verification: Once confirmed, you will receive a message verifying your registration.
  2. Website Method:
    -Visit SHA Portal: Go to the official SHA website at sha.go.ke.
    Click on Register: Navigate to the “Register” section and begin the registration process.
    -Enter Details: Provide your National ID number and other required information.
    -Submit: Complete the registration process by submitting your details online.
  3. Visit Huduma Centre:
    -Go to Huduma Centres: Visit the nearest Huduma Centre for assistance with the registration.
    -Use Community Health Promoters (CHPs): You can also seek help from CHPs in your community for registration assistance.
