Enoch was an employee of Bata Shoe company. After Covid, they were laid off and immediately, he started Dairy farming with 10 cows. He inherited 5 cows from his dad, a retired civil servant residing in Limuru, and acquired a loan to buy 5 more cows.
Today his farm has over 250 cows that produce 5,000 litres of milk a day.
He makes approximately Shs. 200,000 per day or 6 Million per month. As an employee of Bata he was earning 75,000 per month as an accountant.
He has exployed close 70 farmhands to help him.
When he was starting the venture he was discouraged by many people. He believed in himself and started the business.
The moment you believe in your potential, the world begins to believe in you too. Today Enoch is millionaire because he believed in his potential.
Small, consistent efforts may seem insignificant today, but they create unstoppable momentum over time.
Its the small steps Enoch took repeatedly that became the giant leaps that changed his life.
What you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while.
