A South Sudanese asylum seeker, Deng Chol Majek, has been convicted of murdering Rhiannon Skye Whyte, a 27-year-old hotel worker, in the West Midlands, UK. Majek stabbed Whyte 23 times with a screwdriver at a train station.
Majek claimed he was innocent and not at the scene, but CCTV footage linked him to the crime. He was found guilty at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
