- Voter Registration Clerks (Huduma Centres) – To operate biometric voter registration equipment, update voter details, and support continuous registration across 57 Huduma Centres countrywide.
- Support Electoral Trainers (SETs) – To assist in the training of Presiding and Deputy Presiding Officers, ensuring electoral staff are adequately prepared for upcoming by-elections.
